She's Like Frankenstein
Well, as tis summer and I may once more have time to update in a thoughtful and attractive way (though you will note that I do say may) I suppose I should revive this journal and put it to use chronicling my life as reclusive webmistress and foolish fangirl. To that end I've- not fixed the image links in the layout that was gracing this journal, since that would be impossible without paying for this thing, but I've played around with the default settings of one of the free layouts until it's palatable enough for me. Also, FMA icon, because I can.

Speaking of, The Nerd Cafe has moved on to version 2.0, also featuring the brothers Elric. I've already babbled about the background to a certain extent over on the personal journal. But to reiterate... I love that image but it was hell on wheels to turn into a layout because they were sitting on (in?) the grass for cripe's sake. Also, I am astonished by how much it reminds me of this layout, circa 2002. Clearly this is what I was going for but did not have the faintest clue how to accomplish.

I've also squealed about this to friends, but the newest addition to n-c.NET and my poor neglected shounen-aiORG is also now up and running: Relationships - Hiwatari Satoshi and Niwa Daisuke is now going to be my baby for always. Layout's a bit simple, but I wanted to go with a more serious image than I'd seen when the fanlisting was under the previous management. And I'm very happy with the little essay I wrote up for the 'about' page because I'm that rabid and like it that way

That's all for now, but I shall really be trying to use this journal to track my movements re: sites, fanart, and fic (if any), and not letting that spill over into the other journal any more. Maybe.
